2017 Research Symposium

The inaugural PAADS Athlete Development Research Symposium will be held in June 2017 in conjunction with the 13th annual PAADS Athlete Development Summit. The Athlete Development Summit is an annual conference that attracts leaders in athlete development from major sports organizations around the world. The ADS provides athlete development specialists with a forum for connecting with representatives of a wide variety of organizations in the profession and the sharing best practices and innovations in the field of athlete development.

The addition of the PAADS Athlete Development Research Symposium prior to the start of the Summit will provide attendees with an opportunity to gain valuable and timely scientific insights from the various disciplines that conduct research on athlete development. Further, the Research Symposium will allow scholars conducting research on athlete development to share their findings and exchange ideas with other researchers, as well as industry professionals in the athlete development industry.
